Worked with Churchill Husky to help bring organization and product flow throughout the store in order to increase sales & create more floor space. Achieved this through: redesign of the store layout, renovate kitchen area, and organize product placement on shelves

Achieved success through increased fuel volume sales, increased store sales, and an overall increase in clientele numbers. Involved affiliated partners such as CAA/AMA, ATB, and vendor suppliers for an overall exciting day.

The day was an overall success and we have seen return business as a result. The sales where fantastic and overall the event was very well organized
